About the Role
The successful candidate will play the leading role in delivering an outstanding education and providing strong and effective leadership to departmental staff. Additional whole school responsibilities will include; leadership, teaching and learning, leading and managing staff and wider professional effectiveness.
You will have the have knowledge and understanding of the school’s vision, aims, priorities, targets and action plans and an ability to write an annual departmental development plan and self-evaluation plan that is informed by data analysis and the School Improvement Plan.
We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher – Teaching and Learning who has an organised and methodical approach to work, can demonstrate a passion for continual improvement and achievement, with an ability to inspire the confidence of students, parents and colleagues with enthusiasm and commitment to the role.
